Walk in powder coat booth is ideal when coating large or heavy parts. As the name suggests, after the part to be transported into the cabin, the operator walks in and coats the parts from all sides. Doors are closed when coating which ensures a dustless workshop.

The walk-in booth features flexible for coating different shape of parts, such as long aluminium profiles, large frames, long plates, big iron casting products, big cabinets, etc. Moreover, as you can walk into the booth for manual spraying, complex workparts will be precisely and perfectly coated.

Cartridge filters

Colo's booths uses only the highest precision filters made from 100% polyester, they have the exact porosity that well separates the powder particles from the airflow. The filters retain their capacity through a self-cleaning systemthat is carried out with programmable pulses from a PLC.

Centrifugal Fan
By means of a powerful centrifugal fan drawing clean air into the booth, and dragging the overspray powders towards filters for completely capture, all recycling air is free-particles.  Booths manufactured by Colo we use aluminium fans which are safe and energy-saving.

PLC Control unit
Colo’s PLC control unit provides user-friendly interface and a simple operation process. Includes the functions of control the fan on/off, adjust time range of the pulse to cleaning filters, make the recovery powder hopper up and down.
