4 Pcs Cartridge filters

Colo's booths uses only the highest precision filters made from 100% polyester, they have the exact porosity that well separates the powder particles from the airflow. The filters retain their capacity through a self-cleaning systemthat is carried out with programmable pulses from a PLC.

Centrifugal Fan
By means of a powerful centrifugal fan drawing clean air into the booth, and dragging the overspray powders towards filters for completely capture, all recycling air is free-particles.  Booths manufactured by Colo we use aluminium fans which are safe and energy-saving.

PLC Control unit
Colo’s PLC control unit provides user-friendly interface and a simple operation process. Includes the functions of control the fan on/off, adjust time range of the pulse to cleaning filters, make the recovery powder hopper up and down.

Powder Collector
The discharged powders from filters will drop into the powder collector hopper beneath the unit which can be taken away for fully emptying and cleaning. Overspray collecting through a removable hopper is in higher quality for re-using.
