As the name suggests, after the part to be coated has been rolled into the cabin, the operator walks in and coats the parts from all sides. These parts are then rolled out directly into the powder curing oven. The walk-in booth find use in batch system for control panels, cabinet, large iron cast products, etc.

1. Dustfree workshop

By means of a powerful centrifugal fan drawing clean air into the booth, and dragging the overspray airflow towards filters. A group of high precision cartridge filters effectively separating oversprayed powders from air flow, ensure dusfree workshop. The filters retain their capacity through a self-cleaning system that is carried out with programmable pulses from a PLC.

2.. Quick for color change

Cartridges filter are quick-release type, change color only requires changing filters. A powder coated steel base section allow to easily clean the booth floor if color change operation is needed.

2. Easy to control

Colo’s PLC control unit provides user-friendly interface and a simple operation process. Includes the functions of control the fan on/off, adjust time range of the pulse to cleaning filters.
