COLO-1864 powder coating oven is our best selling model, ideal for curing most kinds of small and medium sized workparts, such as alloy wheel, auto parts, motorcycle parts, fire hydrants, metal cabinets, etc.
This powder coating oven uses electricity as heating source which features easy-operating and environmental-friendly. The entire design is built to create optimal airflow throughout the powder coating oven enclosure, creating an even, constant cure for your parts.
COLO Powder Coating Oven Transport System
COLO powder coating ovens are standardly equipped with 2 trolleys. with inside and outside sets. It is easy for loading and transporting workparts.
The inner trolley holds parts participating in curing process and transported by outer trolley, which always stays clean that will not pollute the oven chamber, keeping the purity of cured parts.
Our trolley system takes full utilize of the oven chamber and makes it effortless even loading big batches. The trolley can be custom-designed as per your requirememts.

PLC Control provides high precision heating process, it offers all the features you need. The panel allows you to set the accurate temperature and duration you require, as well as control the working of fan.

Rock Wool Insulation Board 100mm
The powder coating oven insulation material is 100mm thickness rock wool board, which always maintain the warmness in the oven chamber. The inner wall is 1mm galvanized steel which is heat-resistant, while the outerwall is durable color steel sheet.
Electric Heating Element
Our electric heating element uses 1.5kw U-shape heating tubes, distributed at the bottom of oven, ensures heating efficiency. Covered with mesh plate, they are easy for maintenance. The COLO-1864 has 12 pieces heating tubes (total 18kw) for quick heating-up.
0.55kw Circulation Fan
We can boast a very good temperature uniformity result thanks to the high perforance circulation fan. Our research has shown the temperature stability does not exceed ±3°C! The fan for small powder coating ovens can be installed on the top to save space.
