The pass thru spray booth allows long length workparts enter it from one opening and exit from another opening, while get powder spraying from the sideward manual coating machines. Workparts moving is manual operated via the overhead the track. After the coating processing, operator unload the workparts and move the batches to the ground trolly which will be pushed to the oven for powder curing process.

1. Designed with dual-station, parts enter the spray booth through the overhead track, then pass the working stations to receive the coating with both sides.

2. Powder reclaim is achieved by a recovery stage, which is combined with several pieces of high precision filters, reach 98% powder recycling rate.

3. Filter cleaning is automatically done through pulse solenoid valves, thus filter life is extended.

4. Full parameters and functions can be handled on the PLC panel, such turning on / off fan, setting pulse-jetting time and interval, light on/off, emergency stop etc.

5. The booth body is made of powder-coated steel plate constructed for rust resistance, durability and ease of cleaning.
