The COLO-191S applies world's latest digital valve technology that allows precisely setting each parameters(kv, current, powder flow, dosing air), which help users easily coat even most complex parts and challenging powders. This professional coating equipment delivers superior surface finish quality with great saving of powders.

  Box feed unit allows directly conveying powders from the box, ideal for quick color change.

  Powders are fully fluidized by vibration motor with a high degree of uniformity. The inclined vibration table allows fully emptying of powders.

1. The 500g manual electrostatic spray gun is ergonomically designed to reduce operators' fatigue during long time use.

2. Applies 100kv high voltage technology maximizing the electrostatic charging capacity for highest powder transfer efficiency.

3. Rear cover of the spray gun has remote control of changing powder flow and application programs, fast and easy during operation. 

4. Comes with multiple-spray-pattern nozzles, including flat nozzles, round nozzles, and extension nozzles help to coat hard-to-reach corners.

The COLO-2315 comes with 4 pcs of cartridge filters and 4kw extraction fan powerfully capture oversprayed powders and reaches to 98% powder recycle rate.
