• Fluidizing hopper type can hold 60lbs powders, suitable for 1 or 2 colos. .

1. The 500g manual electrostatic spray gun is ergonomically designed to reduce operators' fatigue during long time use.

2. The 100kv spray gun maximize the electrostatic charging capacity and provides high transfer efficiency.

3. Rear cover of the spray gun has remote control of changing powder flow and application programs, fast and easy during operation. 

4. Comes with multiple-spray-pattern nozzles, including flat nozzles, round nozzles, and extension nozzles help to coat hard-to-reach corners.

COLO-1517 Cartridge Filter Powder Coating Booth

The COLO-1517 comes with 3 pcs of cartridge filters and 2.2kw extraction fan powerfully capture oversprayed powders and reaches to 98% powder recycle rate. Compact and study structure, made of durable powder-coated steel ensure long service life. Overhead lighting and rails makes the powder coating job easier and better.

• Quick-release type cartridge filters are designed for quick color change demands.
• Powders discharge from filters will drop into a recovery hopper for easy recycling
• Automatic pulse filter cleaning programmed and controlled via PLC

Our electric heated powder coating oven features environmetal friendly and easy operated, With highly efficient heating element, it rapidly raise to the required temperature that save your time every day. Our curing oven provides uniform heat distribution through the entire chamber thanks to air circulation fan and optimal airflow.

• PLC Control provides precise and reliable heating process
• Made of 100mm thick rockwool board as insulation layer, glavanized steel as inner wall
• The trolley system allows to load batch of workparts
