The COLO-2315 powder coating booth creates optimal airflow that ensures high quality powder applications, and no powders drift out of cabin for a dustless working environment, suitable for batch production of small to medium sized parts. 

Our spray booth comes with 4 pcs of cartridge filters and 2.2kw extraction fan powerfully capture oversprayed powders, reach to 98% powder recycle rate, Those filters are quick-release type suited for fast color color change demands.

This Electric heating source powder coating oven, environmetal friendly and easy operated  Contructed with 100mm thickness rock wool board as the interlayer, keep long time heat preservation. creating a durable, quality finish.

Standardly equipped with two carts: internal one and external one, Internal trolley supplied in the form of a frame allows loading batch of workparts External trolley is used to carry the internal cart for outside operation and transportation, which will not contaminate the interior of the oven, ensure high purity of painted elements.
