This manual powder coating system is ideal for batch application of long length workpieces. Parts can be powder-sprayed from double sides thanks to the dual-opening booth, they enters to the booth through one side and exit from the other side under the track system, then a series of coated parts will be loaded on the frame trolley sent to the powder oven for curing.

COLO-191S Professional Powder Coating Equipment

The COLO-191S intelligent powder coating equipment applies digital valve technology working with the 100kv spray gun leads to superior quality surface finish with great of saving time and materials. It is specially meet the demands of coating complex parts with deep corners.

• Fluidizing hopper type can hold 60lbs powders, suitable for 1 or 2 colos. .

COLO-08 Electrostatic Spray Gun Features

1. The 500g manual electrostatic spray gun is ergonomically designed to reduce operators' fatigue during long time use.

2. The 100kv spray gun maximize the electrostatic charging capacity and provides high transfer efficiency.

3. Rear cover of the spray gun has remote control of changing powder flow and application programs, fast and easy during operation. 

4. Comes with multiple-spray-pattern nozzles, including flat nozzles, round nozzles, and extension nozzles help to coat hard-to-reach corners.

COLO-3212 Pass Thru Powder Coating Booth

COLO-3212 dual station powder spray booth is designed for pass through type powder coating. Parts enter the booth through the conveyor,then pass the working stations to receive the coating with both sides.

Features

1. Comes with a group of cartridge filters and 5.5 kw extraction fan motor powerfully capture oversprayed powders, reach to 98% powder recycle rate

2. Those are quick-release type filter which makes it easy for replacement and fast color change.

3. Applies PLC system to control the fan working, set pulse jets for automatic filter cleaning to prevent accumulation of the powder

4. Powders discharged from the filters will be collected by a removable hopper beneath the filter unit, making it easy for recycling.

COLO-5219 Batch Powder Coating Oven

Our curing ovens are designed with excellent loading system which saves your efforts, take full utilize of oven space. An internal frame is used to hang workparts for cuing, an external trolley will loads the frame for outside movement thus not contaminating the oven.
