The automatic powder booth is made of PP plastic, which is anti-static and enables quick cleaning of powders during color changes, combined with air-knive blasting system on the self-cleaning booth floor, the optimal-designed spray booth minimized the downtime, maximizes powder recovery rate, greatly reduce production cost.  The cyclone is specially designed which could be placed on the second floor of the factory

The COLO-191S automatic powder coating guns & COLO-2600 reciprocator designed for smooth, constant powder spraying, ensures uniform coating film thickness, The COLO-191S is fully digital control for precisely setting all parameters, allows customize and store 20 aplication programs.

Additionally, we added the laser scanning system on the automatic guns, which could follow the contour of the workpart and automatically adjust the spraying distance, in this case, every surface on complex shapes could get consistent coating flim thickness, greatly increase powder application quality.

The COLO-6600 powder feed center is also an advanced integration in automatic powder coating line for continuous powder feeding, efficient powder sieving & recycling, automatic cleaning spray guns and pipelines. Applying PLC touch panel intuitively controls all processes
