The COLO automated powder coating booth system is successfuly installed and put into production in our customer's factory in Hubei, China.

The automatic powder coating plant includes automatic powder spray booth with cyclone recovery, automatic powder coating guns, reciprocator control cabinet, powder feed center, conveyor system, which is designed for highly efficient powder coating production, and requiring high powder recovery effciency.

It is worth mentioning that the automatic powder booth is made of PP plastic material, it is a trend in the industry, unlike steel material, PP powder coating booth is non-conductive, thus less powders will stick on the booth wall and floor,  more powders will be easily and quickly transferred to recycling system. Match with an advanced powder management center, powder recovery rate will be obviously increased, and color change time reduced. And the system hardly have powder particulates escaping out of the booth, causing a dustless workshop.
