1.It is designed with automatic coating stations for the reciprocators and manual station for repair coating. 

2.This is a filter recovery powder booth combines with 2 recovery stage, which is ideal for single color application and maximum overspray collection. For fast color change demands, we recommend cyclone system to improve efficiency.

3.Booth material can be made by Coated Steel Plate, Stainless Steel or PP Plastic. Coated steel is more economical, while PP plastic spray booth is anti-static that greatly increase recovery and cleaning efficiency.

3.The gas heating tunnel uses Riello gas burner to rapidly and uniformly raise to requirement temperature, save your time everyday, and features environmental friendly, diesel heating also available.

4.Our curing tunnel oven consists of 100 mm thickness rockwool board as insulating layer, inserted between durable galvanized wall and steel skin, always keeps the chamber a consistent high temperature with minimum heat loss.
