The powder coating process should be done in a spray booth which captures excess powders during application and ensures a dust-free working environment, as well as recycling the overspray powders. The powder sprayed workparts will be heated in a curing oven with consistent high temperature (usually 180 degree), the powder coating layer will melt,  foming a durable film as protection or decoration.
