Automatic Powder Coating Line Working Process
1) Load the workparts at the loading area of the conveyor
2) Workparts automatically transported to the spray booth working station through conveyor,
3) There are reciprocating guns at both sideward areas of the powder booth for efficient automatic powder coating
4) After automatic powder coating, the workparts exit out automatically, and enters into the curing oven
5) The coated workparts will move in the tunnel oven for 15-20 minutes, the powder coated film will get fully cured when workparts come out of the oven.
6) Unload the workparts at the unloading area of the conveyor

1. COLO-191S Automatic Powder Coating Equipment

A central cabinet combines all the gun controllers for integrated setting of parameters, a host controller can control all units, ensures reliability and controllability. The quantity of the powder coating units installed can be customized.
The COLO-191S applies digital valve technology for flexibly and precisely setting every parameters. It has 3 pre-set coating modes for panels, corners and re-coating, as well as 20 personalized programs.
100 kV spray gun delivers the highest transfer efficiency, configured with nozzle assembly for superior Faraday-cage penetration and adaptting a wide range of coating challenges.

Smart Controller for Flexible and Precise Control
The precise adjustment of powder output helps users find the right powder amount to objects that improve the film thickness consistency.
The flexible adjustment of kv and current makes it easy to find the optimal data for coating complex parts with deep corners, such as aluminium profiles.

2. COLO-2000D Powder Coating Reciprocator

Driven by frequency motor, the reciprocator carries spray guns to move up and down in programmed stroke and speed,
Standard stroke 1.5m/2m/3m, within the stroke, the spray gun travel range of the upper and lower limited position can be arbitrarily set to optimize the coating jobs.
Smooth, stable and accurate motion ensures uniform powder film thickness and reduces powder waste.
Each processing parameters could be flexibile set in the digital controller with 80 storable programs.

Powder Feed Center is esigned for continuously, uniformly, quantificationally feed the powder to the spray gun system, it is space-saving and efficient solution for all your powder management.
Constructed with a sieving unit to sieve oversprayed powders from recovery booth, ensures the recycled powders are qualified and prevents powder block.

Integrated PLC Touch Control

PP Plastic Automatic Powder Coating Booth with Cyclone

It is designed with automatic coating stations for the reciprocator spray guns, and manual station for repair coating by manual equipment
Cyclone system is the first recovery stage for collecting most overspray with extremely high efficiency, which is necessary for fast color change demands. After filter unit is important to capture superfine powder particles ensure the vented air is clean.
The automatic powder coating booth is constructed with pp plastic booth chamber and coated steel cyclone. As the booth wall is made of anti-static plastic it does not attract powders which minimizes powder accumulation on the surface. It is the best choice for quick color change and high powder recovery demands.

Self-cleaning Booth Floor
Our automatic powder booth floor is designed with air knife and flap recovery system for self-cleaning, effectively transfer oversprayed powder from the booth floor to recycling system, increase cleaning efficiency and powder utilization rate.
Powder Coating Tunnel Oven

Powder Coating Curing tunnel is designed for continuous operations in automatic powder coating line;
Workparts automatically enter the oven and move by overhead conveyor, when they come out from the exit of the oven, they finish the curing process in a fitted time
Tunnel oven may be manufactured in various types depending on the lack of space to be installed or the conveyor speed. Maximum painting efficiency is obtained with high capacities by means of this system.
