Manual Powder Coating Batch System

The batch powder coating plant is ideally for application of long length workparts, Parts can be sprayed by double sides thanks to the dual station booth, they enters to the booth through one side and exit from the other side under the track system, then a series of parts are put on the frame trolley sent to the powder oven for curing. This system achieves batch production with increased powder coating efficiency.

COLO-3212 Pass Thru Powder Coating Booth

COLO-3212 dual station powder spray booth is designed for pass through type powder coating. Parts enter the booth through the conveyor,then pass the working stations to receive the coating with both sides.

1. Comes with a group of cartridge filters and 4kw extraction fan motor powerfully capture oversprayed powders, reach to 98% powder recycle rate

2. The quick-release type filter prevents accumulation of the powder and makes it very easy for cleaning and fast color change.

3. PLC controlls the fan working, allows to set interval and time of pulse jet for filter cleaning

4. Powder reclaim is achieved by a filter stage with automatic cleaning. Powders can be collector by a removable hopper.
